Steve started his own company, Arizona Pest Prevention, Inc. in early 2002 as the President. His company continues to experiences favorable growth through excellent customer service. Steve has a strong professional ethic in the area of customer relationships and service. He is known for his high standards and expectations.

Steve is married 28 years and has three sons. Steve is involved in the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, Maricopa County Roof Rat Task Force and conducts Neighborhood pest prevention education meetings with Barry Paceley (neighbor 2 neighbor campaign) in the Arcadia District. Steve has also served on his Homeowners association Board of Directors as a Past President and current Vice President. Steve was also recently elected to the Chandler Chamber Board of Directors. Steve is an avid sports fan and enjoys family time.

Jim has been a valley resident since 1977. He is a graduate of McClintock High School in Tempe. He has over 20 years of experience in the retail/service industries including 9+ years with Kinkos Copies as a Store Manager and a Regional Manager for Arizona. He also spent 6+ years with Truly Nolen Exterminating as a Commercial Branch Manager and a District Manager for the Phoenix area.

Jim has been actively involved in the Chandler community area with the YMCA, Chandler Little League, San Tan Soccer and Matt Williams Baseball organizations. He is married with 4 children.
